Łucja is enthusiastic about teaching people how to take care of their bodies so they can enjoy physical activities and positive outlook on life. She spends most of her time exploring how physical training methods affect physiological, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

After years in ballet school, her interest in improving people’s health started when she qualified as an aerobics instructor in 1997. While she continued developing professionally as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Graduate Sports Rehabilitator, her personal journey involved practise of positive thinking, meditation and yoga.

For a long time, she specialized in injury rehabilitation and corrective exercise training. This therapeutic practice brought her attention to holistic aspect of bodywork. She developed a specific way of working, which prioritizes clients’ education as means of improving their own health.
